About Oakton
Oakton, Virginia is an unincorporated community in Northern Virginia, bordering on Vienna, Reston, and Fairfax City. About 9.8 sq. miles in size, Oakton is located just outside the Beltway, with easy access to both the Beltway and Rt. 66. Its center is approximately 16 miles from Washington, DC. Two metro stations, Vienna-GMU on the Orange line and Wiehle-Reston East on the Silver line, are close by.
