VolunteerFest at Oakton Park - 26 October 2019

Greater Oakton Community Association members participated in the 2019 Fairfax County-wide VolunteerFest on October 26th. GOCA was represented at the Oakton Community Park, where the historic Oakton Schoolhouse was open for tours and Fairfax4Horses offered free horseback riding for children. Joining GOCA and Fairfax4Horses members were Ken Quincy, Providence District representative on the Fairfax Park Authority Board, and John Hopkins, a volunteer with the Park Authority. GOCA members included Linda Byrne, Lauren Crum, Shelley Deutch, and Janet Kerr-Tener.
